Requirements: - Minimum secondary education in construction, with focus on transportation infrastructure - ČKAIT authorization for bridges and engineering structures - Driver's license category B - PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) - Independence, flexibility, reliability Job Responsibilities: During project preparation - Participate in project and budget review for construction projects - Prepare documentation for tender processes During construction implementation - Ensure supervision performance monitoring (principal engineer) - Participate in quality control of completed work by contractors - Monitor adherence to construction schedules - Ensure compliance with workplace safety and site order regulations - Verify invoicing of construction work against budget and project specifications - Oversee commissioning of completed projects We Offer: - Fixed-term employment contract with possibility of extension to indefinite term - Support from a stable company, flexible working hours - Opportunity to use company vehicle for personal use - Coverage of necessary courses and training - Meal vouchers, contribution to pension insurance or savings - 5 weeks of annual leave - Start date by agreement
