Job Responsibilities: Technical Preparation: Collaboration on budget preparation, calculations, and supporting documentation. On-Site Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to construction workers, resolving technical details and clarifications. Measurement and Surveying: Performing control measurements and surveying on the construction site. Quality control of work performed and compliance with technical procedures. Advantage: - work in the KLAES construction and manufacturing program Requirements: - Demonstrable experience in a similar building technician position - construction industry experience - minimum secondary education in technical or construction field - knowledge of technical documentation - technical thinking, attention to detail, results-oriented approach - independence, organizational and communication skills - advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - group B driver's license Employee Benefits: meal vouchers
