What will be your main responsibilities? The scope of responsibilities will be adjusted to your level of previous experience. - Oversight of BOZP (occupational health and safety) compliance on company projects - Organization and delivery of induction, periodic, and extraordinary training - Coordination of safety requirements when employees begin projects - Communication with clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and external BOZP service providers - Recording and evaluation of workplace accidents, including proposals for corrective measures - Preparation of HSE documentation, risk analyses, and related materials - Evaluation of HSE indicators and preparation of reports for company management - Collaboration in internal audits and improvement of the BOZP management system - Monitoring compliance with internal regulations and safety standards Basic requirements: - Certification as a qualified professional in risk prevention according to Law No. 309/2006 Coll. - English language at a communicative level - Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad - Secondary or higher education in technical field or BOZP/HSE - Active driver's license category B - Knowledge of PC work (MS Office) - Autonomy, responsibility, and proactive approach Advantages (not conditions): - Experience in BOZP or HSE - Experience from industrial projects - Internal auditor certification - Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems; knowledge of EN ISO 3834-2 is a plus.
