We are seeking an experienced, technically oriented colleague who will take on the position of Technical Director in the future.
The selected candidate will first complete a two- to three-year adaptation and development program, during which they will gradually gain practical experience in key areas of our company:
- technology,
- laboratory,
- design,
- tool shop.
The goal of the program is to thoroughly understand manufacturing processes, individual workstations, and collaborating teams.
After successfully completing the program and demonstrating technical and management competencies, the candidate will assume the position of Technical Director.
What We Expect From You
• University degree in a technical field (ČVUT, VUT, VŠCHT),
• Knowledge of modern technologies,
• User proficiency with PC work (MS Office - Excel, Word, collaboration with AI),
• Communicative knowledge of English, additional languages a plus,
• Understanding of technical drawings for products and tools,
• Flexible thinking,
• Ability to independently search for and implement your own projects,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Willingness to complete the entire development program.
