ADOR CZ s.r.o., a company engaged in the manufacture of doors and walls with a focus on fire-rated closures, is seeking a new colleague for the position of Technical Director Job Responsibilities: • Collaboration on overall management of production operations in accordance with established plans • Cooperation with the sales, procurement, quality, and logistics departments to ensure orders meet requirements • Optimization of production procedures and processes, testing of new technologies and manufacturing methods • Ensuring modernization, development, and identification of new technologies to increase production efficiency • Management and coordination of technical and investment projects within the organization • Development of new products in the field of fire-rated closures, ensuring accompanying documentation, required testing, and final documentation for market launch • Close collaboration with the company owner Requirements: • Minimum secondary technical education • Technical and logical thinking • Good communication skills • Independence, attention to detail, responsibility • PC proficiency • Driver's license category B We Offer: • Background of a stable and growing company • Mobile phone and laptop • Motivating financial compensation - meal allowance, sick days, life insurance contribution, 5th week of vacation Contact: by email
