We're looking for a technically and manually skilled person for diverse work in operations, maintenance, and various technical tasks.
This position is ideal for a self-starter type of person—someone who can figure things out, thinks about their work, notices what needs to be done, and doesn't need every single step spelled out.
What You'll Do
The job is highly varied and no two days are the same. Examples include:
• Regular maintenance of company properties and facilities,
• Minor repairs of doors, windows, gates, and other equipment,
• Assembly of shelving, furniture, kitchen units, and other equipment,
• Minor plumbing and assembly work,
• Working with standard hand and power tools,
• Finishing and adjustment work on spare parts we have manufactured,
• Sanding exhausts, handlebars, and other parts before further surface treatment,
• Minor repairs, painting, and maintenance of facilities,
• Arranging repairs or specialized work with external contractors when in-house work isn't appropriate,
• Transport and pickup of materials and products using company vehicles,
• Business trips primarily throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia border region, occasionally to Poland or Hungary,
• Other diverse technical and operational tasks based on current company needs.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an independent, reliable, and manually skilled person who can think and find solutions.
We expect:
• A driver's license for at least category B and active driving,
• Manual and technical skill,
• Ability to safely work with standard hand and power tools,
• Independence and ability to organize your own work,
• Ability not only to report problems but, when possible, to suggest and implement solutions,
• Responsible approach to assigned work, tools, vehicles, and company property,
• Willingness to learn new things and take on work outside your daily routine.
We're not looking for a specialist in one particular field. We're looking for a smart and thoughtful person who can handle various technical tasks.
This position is not suitable for someone seeking repetitive work, needing detailed instructions for each step, or expecting constant direction on what to do next.
The work isn't exceptionally physically demanding, but it is largely active—you'll be moving or on your feet most of the workday. Tasks may include ladder work, material handling, or work in the shop.
For a capable and reliable person, there's potential for greater independence and responsibility for technical facility conditions, repair coordination, supplier communication, and handling minor technical projects.
