Job Responsibilities: Responsible for logistics management of the operational facility, prepares budgets for self-help maintenance, reviews budgets for contractor work. Ensures required documentation - activity records, payroll materials for subordinate employees. Manages operation and maintenance of water management facilities, internal and external networks, promptly addresses malfunctions and emergencies, reviews comparative budgets and price calculations for the decision-making process to select the most cost-effective offers for work completion and service provision.
