Job Responsibilities:
- Technical provision and organization of maintenance and repairs of equipment and buildings
- Participation in regular technical inspections, reviews and safety checks (occupational health and safety, fire protection), identification of any defects
- Coordination of ongoing repairs performed by contractors and cooperation with contracting companies
- Ensuring resolution and removal of emergency situations
- Technical provision for rentals of furniture and halls at the Old Town Hall
- Participation in construction of temporary mobile structures (stages up to 6 x 4 m) and performing auxiliary work on larger stage and roof construction
- Installation, deinstallation and operation of audio and video equipment
- Processing documentation for order fulfillment
- Operation of automobiles, vans and electric vehicles
Required Qualifications:
- Technical education
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience with locksmith, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting or electrical work – lock repairs, doors, faucets, lighting, furniture moving, etc.
- Time flexibility, medical fitness and good conduct, independence, reliability, attention to detail, responsibility
- Proactive approach and good communication skills
- Class B driver's license – active driver
