Planning and performing regular inspections of assigned technical equipment, methodologies and technically securing the operation of gas and heating equipment and performing water management functions. Responsible for processing and proper maintenance of operational documentation of energy sources and gas equipment. Ensures necessary supplies for repairs performed by contractors, controls their execution, accepts completed work. Processes energy balances and heat and water supply schedules in cooperation with users for military and construction facilities, prepares documentation for construction invoicing for rent, provided energy and services, etc. Salary classification in accordance with Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. as amended, pay grade 9.
