What will you be doing with us?
• Construction supervision on new construction, reconstruction, and repairs of bridge structures.
• Quality control and verification of work in accordance with technical specifications, compliance with project documentation, contractual requirements, regulations, and standards.
• Oversight of foundations, substructure, load-bearing structure, bearings, and bridge deck.
• Control of materials, products, and construction procedures including test plans, verification of completed work quantities during implementation, participation in inspections, and resolution of defects or incomplete work during construction completion.
• Cooperation with the Site Manager, client, contractor, designer, safety coordinator, and other construction participants.
• Participation in inspection meetings, maintenance of related documentation, and preparation of regular progress reports.
What we expect from you
• Secondary or higher education in construction, ideally with a focus on transportation infrastructure.
• Experience in construction, design, or technical supervision of road construction projects is an advantage; we also welcome recent graduates.
• Familiarity with project documentation and knowledge of regulations for transportation construction (TKP, ZTKP, TP, ČSN, FIDIC Contract Conditions, and Czech Ministry of Transportation guidelines).
• Knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and materials used in bridge construction and reconstruction.
• User-level proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of specialized software is an advantage.
• Czech Chamber of Architects and Engineers (ČKAIT) authorization in bridges and engineering structures is an advantage.
• Authorization from the Ministry of Transportation to perform supervisory duties on road construction projects at minimum level II is required. The exam can be taken shortly after employment begins.
• Independence, attention to detail, responsible approach, and ability to communicate with construction participants.
• Willingness to work primarily on-site and travel according to project locations.
• Category B driver's license and active driving experience.
