We are now seeking a driven technical specialist with broad infrastructure and platform expertise for a key role within a large organization in the Gothenburg area. Your responsibilities
As a technical specialist, you will work on developing, maintaining, automating, and modernizing technical platforms and infrastructure services that form the digital foundation for the operations. You will be part of cross-functional teams and collaborate with product teams, architects, security functions, and other technical areas.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical platforms and infrastructure services. Drive standardization and automation of platforms, processes, and deliveries. Develop self-service solutions and reusable technical components. Implement and further develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Work with lifecycle management, capacity planning, and technical modernization. Ensure stable, secure, and scalable operations. Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Contribute to knowledge transfer and development of work methods in the field.
Start: October 1, 2026. End date: September 30, 2027. Location: Gothenburg. Travel within the region may occur.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of documented experience in technical specialist work within IT infrastructure or platform management. At least 3 years of experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments. Very good experience with administration and operation of Windows Server. Very good experience with administration and operation of Linux-based platforms. Documented experience with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure as Code. Experience developing or maintaining self-service solutions. Experience working with agile methodologies. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. Ability to document solutions, processes, and technical decisions. B-class driver's license.
You are solution-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious with good collaboration and communication skills. You can translate business needs into technical solutions, work both independently and in teams, and take responsibility for your deliverables. You actively contribute to knowledge sharing and development of work methods.
