Meta Bytes is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead for our office in Laholm. This role comes with significant responsibility and autonomy, close collaboration with customers and several of our development teams.

What will you be doing day-to-day?
Lead and coordinate technical deliveries together with our development, DevOps, and operations teams
Manage customer relationships and all administrative tasks associated with them
Facilitate the work of translating business requirements into product requirements
Continuously plan and prioritize work to ensure the team has the information and resources needed to work efficiently
Oversee projects with a focus on delivery quality, customer relations, and budget
Motivate the team to deliver high-quality solutions while having fun in the process
Contribute to improving work methods, processes, and technical quality

About you
You have a technical background and are comfortable discussing infrastructure, operations, cloud services, deployment, development environments, and technical solutions with both customers and technical staff. You don't need to write code yourself, but you understand how modern IT environments work.
You're excellent at administrative tasks and ideally have experience managing technical projects.
You understand the importance of developing as a team and have the ability to engage and motivate colleagues.
You have the initiative to confidently set expectations and requirements with both colleagues and customers.
You see learning and personal development as an essential part of your work.
You have excellent English speaking and writing skills (extra interesting if you have knowledge of Esperanto, sign language, or pig Latin).
You're exceptionally good at follow-up and feel uncomfortable with disorganized notes and projects.
You're social, able to navigate office politics with customers and partners, and see opportunities rather than obstacles when problems arise.
