Are you our new team lead? About the Position As a team lead for facilities management, you will be responsible for daily work distribution and coordination within the facilities management group. At our headquarters, basic facilities tasks are also performed, such as light bulb replacements by our FM provider. In addition to leading and allocating work, the team lead role includes standard facilities management tasks such as issue handling, oversight, maintenance and upkeep. The team lead has no direct personnel responsibility but represents the facilities management function as a group. You will participate in daily operations and, together with your colleagues, ensure that staff and visitors at our facilities perceive Svenska kraftnäts office spaces as well-maintained and in good condition, managed with professional organization that is proactive and always ready to handle new circumstances. All team members work together while maintaining clear responsibility boundaries. The position includes responsibility for order and cleanliness matters and liaison with the business on these issues. This is a coordinating role where you will be familiar with various projects underway in the property that affect different functions within daily operations. You will work closely with other functions in the facilities department including technical management, project managers, interior design coordinator, and the physical security unit. The position is part of the Facilities Department within the Common Functions division and is located at Svenska kraftnäts headquarters in Sundbyberg. The department is responsible for Svenska kraftnäts facilities and includes facility management and support, physical security, and property projects. The department consists of approximately 50 employees and consultants. You also have: At least 3 years of documented work experience in facilities management, as a facilities technician or service host. B-class driver's license.
