Do you want to combine operational work in the warehouse with the responsibility of leading a team and developing daily operations? We're now looking for a team lead in warehouse and logistics in northern Stockholm. The facility is undergoing a move, which means you'll be involved in both the relocation and establishment phase. We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the middle of operations, solving problems together with others, and creating structure even when all work processes aren't yet in place. About the Role As a team lead, you're responsible for daily operational management within your area. You lead and distribute work, monitor production, and ensure the team has the right conditions to meet targets for productivity, quality, and delivery. This is a hands-on role. You're part of the operational team and work yourself with picking, packing, and forklift driving. At the same time, you need to look beyond today's delivery and see what the operation needs to function well. With the move, your ability to create structure becomes particularly important. Routines and work methods may need to be established, adjusted, and developed as the facility gets set up. You need to see what's missing, identify needs, and turn them into practical solutions together with the team. You maintain close dialogue with staff and create clarity around priorities, responsibilities, and expectations. When conditions change or problems arise, you need to be able to reprioritize, find solutions, and bring your team along. Your main responsibilities: Lead and distribute daily work within the team Plan and prioritize based on volumes and operational needs Be involved in the move and establishment of the warehouse operation Create and develop routines, structures, and work methods Monitor productivity, quality, and delivery Work operationally with picking, packing, and forklift driving Be present in operations and identify needs, problems, and deviations Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into practical work methods Ensure clear communication, responsibility distribution, and prioritization within the team Handle deviations and solve problems that arise in daily operations Ensure order, structure, and a good work environment Work in warehouse and operations systems Who Are You? We're looking for someone with experience in warehouse and logistics who enjoys being close to operational work. You like being hands-on and see it as natural to work together with the team in picking, packing, and other parts of operations. As a person, you're flexible and solution-oriented and function well in an environment where conditions can change. When something doesn't go according to plan, you focus on what needs to be done and help where the need is greatest. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture. You notice what's missing, what creates unnecessary obstacles, and where clearer structure or new work methods are needed. You're not satisfied with something just working—you see opportunities to develop and simplify the work. For us, the team matters. You need to enjoy working with others, contribute where needed, and see the team's shared delivery as more important than who does what. As a team lead, you lead by being present, clear, and part of the work yourself. You're also comfortable with the systematic side of warehouse operations and can switch between work supervision, practical work, follow-up, and administration. Your Background We're looking for someone with: Experience in warehouse work and good understanding of operational warehouse processes Experience leading or supervising staff Experience with picking, packing, and other common warehouse processes Ability to create structure, routines, and clear work methods Understanding of productivity, quality, and delivery in a warehouse operation Forklift certification with authorization for reach trucks Good system and administration skills Good Swedish, spoken and written Experience with warehouse relocation, startup, or establishment of a new operation is a plus.
