WORK DUTIES
As a team leader, you are part of the management group with the operations planner and convening unit manager for your home care team. You participate in establishing decisions made in the management group through both administrative and practical care work in the homes of our residents.
You will report directly to the unit manager. The majority of your work as a team leader is conducted in the field providing care in the homes of individuals, so experience in elderly care is a requirement.
You will also conduct employee meetings and salary reviews as assigned by the unit manager.
- You are responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing the operations' strategies, goals, and action plans together with the unit manager.
- You participate in schedule planning together with the operations planner and unit manager.
- You manage deviations in our deviation system.
- Ordering of certain goods.
- You accompany care staff on the first visit to new service users.
- You guide and support employees in their daily work in a constructive manner.
- Together with the unit manager, you are responsible for ensuring that employees work according to the applicable values, concepts, and local procedures.
- Orientation of new employees.
- Contact with relatives and service users as needed.
- Weekly check-ins and follow-ups with the unit manager, operations planner, and other team leaders in the operation.
- Collaborate with the operations planner and team leaders within and outside your own operation.
- Ensure that implementation plans are up-to-date and correctly documented.
- Daily care work every morning in the homes with our service users is part of your assignment.
An important part of working as a team leader is creating a good organizational and social work environment.
Other work duties may be added as needed or desired.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who is a trained nursing assistant with certification from Socialstyrelsen.
To thrive and succeed in your work, you need to have a strong interest in the work and experience working in elderly care. You also need experience conducting employee meetings and salary reviews.
If you have completed leadership training or have experience working as a team leader, we consider this a merit.
You focus on the individual's needs and place great importance on respectful and good treatment. You are also responsive and can provide a good daily life for our elderly. You need to be able to work independently and be flexible as the workday can change.
Since the pace can sometimes be high, it is important to be able to prioritize your work tasks and maintain respectful treatment even in unexpected and demanding situations. It is a requirement that you can create and then maintain good structure in the operation and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
You also need to communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish and have computer skills.
It is a merit if you have experience working in elderly care and experience with Life Care.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.

We report salary for the 10th and 90th percentile: 38 600- 42 600 kr/month. The salary range is stated in accordance with applicable regulations on salary transparency.
