Your role as a terminal worker at Postnord in Rosersberg will involve sorting letters and shipments at the terminal. The work is performed both manually and with the help of machinery. The tasks as a team leader include taking attendance, reporting absences, and ensuring that the group meets its targets. Additionally, the work includes responsibility for ensuring the sorting runs smoothly and actively participating in the sorting process yourself. It is the team leader's responsibility to lead the group toward set goals and communicate and report results to the immediate supervisor. The position begins with comprehensive introductory training to prepare you well for success in the role. The work involves standing and moving around a lot. Working hours are scheduled during weekdays and will be either day, evening, or night shift. You need to be available for only one of these shifts. This is a short-term consulting assignment with continuous start dates from late November and is expected to run through the period between Christmas and New Year. You will be employed through StudentConsulting but hired out to our client.
