Required Qualifications
1-5 years of work experience as a Team Lead, Project Manager, or similar coordinating role.
Technical understanding and genuine interest in technology.
Swedish & English, fluent in speech & writing.
Meritorious
Engineering degree or other relevant technical education.
Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces.
Experience/knowledge of aircraft/drones or other types of aircraft.
About the Role
As a team lead, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on work within your area. You work closely with project managers, technical leads, and other team leads to ensure that the project moves forward and that different parts of the work fit together.
The role involves many contact points and a large part of the work takes place in meetings. You participate in meetings with project managers, technical leads, and other team leads to gather information, coordinate work, and follow up on project progress. You then translate the information into clarity and direction for the team.
Your area of responsibility includes systems within the aircraft fuselage, such as power, cooling, hydraulics, and fuel. You don't need to be an expert on all parts of an aircraft, but you have a technical understanding and an interest in technology that allows you to understand the bigger picture, ask the right questions, and coordinate the work.
Terms
The assignment is placed in a security classification. Prior to employment, you are required to undergo a security vetting and be approved according to applicable regulations for security protection. This entails requirements for certain citizenship.
