As a Team Leader, you are the store manager's closest support in daily operations and a key part of the store's running. You work closely with the team on the shop floor and help create structure, excellent service, and a well-functioning environment for both customers and colleagues. The role involves expanded responsibility in daily operations where you support the team, ensure that routines and procedures are followed, and contribute to the store reaching its goals. When needed, you are responsible for daily operations when the store manager is not on site.
Main responsibilities:
Work operationally in the store with sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Lead and distribute daily work in the store.
Motivate the team to create engagement and strong results.
Be a role model in customer interactions and contribute to a high level of service.
Ensure that routines, guidelines, and procedures are followed.
Work actively with merchandising, product placement, and sales development.
Contribute to smooth operations and good teamwork.
Requirements and qualifications: We are looking for someone with retail experience who enjoys working together with others to achieve common goals. You are responsible, communicative, and able to prioritize when the pace is high. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment. Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
