We are looking for a person with natural authority and organizational talent to lead our team in an unconventional environment at Všehrdy Prison. Your job responsibilities: - Leading and motivating a team of operators from among convicted persons working in a call center directly within the prison premises. - Overseeing goal achievement and call quality. We require: - Good standing: Clean criminal record (mandatory condition for site access). - Category B driving license: Active driver. - Personal qualities: Strong organizational skills, stress resilience, and ability to work in a prison environment. - IT skills: Good knowledge of MS Office. We offer: - Financial compensation: Fixed salary of 30,000 CZK gross + unlimited commissions based on team performance (average commission amount 10,000 CZK/month). - Company car also for private use: Your commute to and from work won't cost you a single crown. - Equipment: Company notebook and everything necessary for efficient work. - Stability: First-year contract for a fixed term, then possibility of extension to an indefinite term with an additional package of employee bonuses. Start date: May 4, 2026 or by agreement.
