Start: 31.8.2026 - Position subject to employee card approval - Advanced operation and setup of machinery in the assigned production section, good knowledge of software programs, resolution of operational problems and error handling, close collaboration with the master - Setting tool geometry / without tool probe / optical measuring instruments - Monitoring production schedule for current and following shifts, preparation and optimization of setup schedule with focus on minimizing related downtime - Training and development of new and existing operators, participation in creation and updating of work standards and procedures - Identifying causes of recurring downtime and collaboration on their elimination - Regular monitoring of standards, setup times, immediate escalation and reporting to the master in case of discrepancies found - Collaboration with technology and quality representatives in introducing production of new parts, providing feedback on technological procedures, measuring methods and quality issues in the assigned production section - Proactive monitoring of technical condition of machinery, condition of safety elements (covers, emergency buttons, optical barriers), reporting of non-standard operating conditions, media leaks etc. Summer and pre-Christmas bonus, transportation allowance up to 1.5Kč/KM, Working hours 7.5 h/day, Vacation beyond statutory framework (5 weeks), Company dining, Benefit Plus Cafeteria, Pension insurance contribution, Housing allowance, Advantageous mobile plans at T-MOBILE
