IES Johanneberg is now seeking a music teacher with certification to teach grades 4-9. The position is permanent full-time, starting as soon as possible. The Position We are looking for a certified teacher who will become part of a creative and experienced team where you have responsibility for your own lesson planning. We work closely together in our subject areas with subject development and interdisciplinary themes. We are seeking a creative team player who wants to be part of a staff group where we work together to create quality education at our school. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach music. You have the tools to create a good study environment and your clear leadership and teaching style contribute to good goal achievement. In this role, it is important that you have good communication skills and it is natural for you to work with computers and technology in your daily work. You work to create accessible environments and have an understanding that all people have different conditions and learn in different ways. Areas of Responsibility - Teaching music to grades 4-9. - Creating the necessary conditions for students to acquire knowledge and achieve their individual goals. - Developing students' knowledge and skills based on the curriculum, through clear criteria, goals, and feedback. - Being a role model and offering safety, order, and a calm school environment. - Mentorship for a class.
