We are now hiring an additional full-time driver to join our team in Windeln.
The employment start date is as soon as possible or by mutual agreement. Before employment begins, training in company procedures and equipment will be provided.
We are primarily looking for applicants who already hold a taxi license, but we also welcome applicants interested in obtaining a taxi license if you feel like the right person for our organization. For those without a taxi license, we can offer help with your studies to obtain one (study materials, etc.). We also cover the costs of obtaining the taxi license (exam fees, medical examination, etc.).

By best, we mean someone who is not only safe behind the wheel, but we are seeking individuals who can deliver excellent service and who take care of our customers with a cheerful demeanor. Driving taxi with us is primarily about offering good service, and it is a great advantage if you enjoy meeting customers and are socially inclined. You work with customer contact on every trip, and you play an important role in the daily lives of those who use our services.
We are a premium brand in taxi services, and you will be our face to the outside and an ambassador for the company—which is why we have high demands on you. Being a premium brand is also reflected in the fact that we have an excellent customer and driver reputation. Currently, our drivers receive a customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 when customers rate them. Maintaining a high standard and quality means we have a strong customer base and many trips. Your work tasks are to perform trips as a taxi driver for Min Taxi customers in Windeln and surrounding municipalities, and to provide our customers with truly excellent service in the best possible way. Taxi driving is a very service-oriented profession with extensive customer contact. It is easy to think that taxi driving involves transporting people to and from nightclubs on weekend evenings, as this is often what people associate with taxis in their personal capacity. Driving taxi with us is primarily about performing publicly funded traffic on weekdays. These are medical trips for the regions, school trips, and transport service trips for municipalities. But also a good deal of business trips for corporate customers. You constantly work with people and are often a key part of their daily life for getting to and from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.
We cover a large geographical area and operate traffic in large parts of Norrland. For example, we have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Sollefteå, Windeln, Vännäs, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik municipalities. It is not uncommon for us to have many longer trips across municipal borders and across large parts of Norrland. We currently have approximately 185 vehicles and approximately 300 employed drivers.
In addition to performing trips and taking care of our customers, your work tasks include keeping the vehicles you operate in clean and well-maintained.

The company has a collective agreement and salary is paid in accordance with the collective agreement.
