Job Responsibilities - Operation of melting and holding furnaces - Operation of degassing equipment - Collection of scrap carts (excess material from castings) - Regular quality control of liquid metal - Regular cleaning of baths and melting spaces in melting furnaces - Regular filter replacement and liquid metal cleaning in holding furnaces - Unloading and storage of aluminum ingots - Distribution of liquid metal using transport ladles and forklifts Requirements - Forklift certification, crane operator license - advantageous - Work in high heat conditions - Secondary education or vocational training - Experience advantageous, but not required What We Offer - Starting salary 31,100 CZK to 40,400 CZK depending on experience - Night shift allowance 20%, weekend shift allowance 20% - Monthly (average 12%) and semi-annual bonuses (average 20%) - Annual salary increases - Permanent employment contract - Support from a stable multinational company - Subsidized meals (from 30 CZK) - Transportation allowance - Company trips, company events - Cafeteria
