We are now seeking a licensed dentist for Tandvårdshus Mora, with a mobile and stimulating position in northern Dalarna covering Mora, Orsa, Älvdalen, and Idre.
In northern Dalarna, dental care is an important part of society. Here you will meet patients of all ages and contribute to good oral health in an area where distances are greater and access to care is especially important. Whether you work in Mora, near Siljan in Orsa, in the local community of Älvdalen, or in the mountain environment of Idre, your work is crucial for people's health, security, and quality of life. With Tandvårdshus Mora as our hub and clinics in Orsa, Älvdalen, and Idre, we work together as a cohesive region. Our clinics are modern, recently renovated, and equipped with, among other things, panoramic X-ray and digital scanning, providing excellent conditions for quality and efficient dental care. Responsibilities
As a general dentist with us, you will work broadly within general dentistry and meet patients of all age groups with varying care needs.
The position is mobile and includes work at all clinics in the northern region - Mora, Orsa, Älvdalen, and Idre, providing variety in your daily work and opportunities to collaborate with different teams and professional disciplines.
Your responsibilities include:
General dentistry for patients of all age groups
Treatment of patients with special needs
Participation in operations and quality development
As a new employee at Region Dalarna, you will be offered a structured introduction program with an individualized plan from the Region's mentor clinic. The introduction is tailored to your experience and provides a secure start. We also have close collaboration with specialist departments in Falun.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Swedish dentist license
Experience in general dentistry
Class B driver's license
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience with the T4 computer system
Experience in pediatric dentistry
Personal qualities:
Good collaboration skills and communicates attentively with both colleagues and patients
Sees care and service as a natural part of the work
Works to involve patients in treatment options
Efficient and organized in managing and prioritizing tasks
Is engaged, responsible, and wants to contribute to a positive work environment
