We are now looking for a team-oriented dentist who wants to make a difference.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
At Folktandvården Skultorp, you'll meet patients of all ages with many different healthcare needs. As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well-received and secure during their visit. You'll make use of your full expertise while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.
The position includes, among other things:
Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room
Handling both straightforward examinations and more advanced treatments, and to some extent emergency dental care
Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics
We are a clinic that accepts students from dental hygiene programs. Supervision/assistance of students may therefore also become part of the position.

Required Qualifications and Profile
Licensed dentist, experience is a merit
Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish secondary school or Swedish C1 in both speech and writing
Ability to organize and prioritize work in an efficient and sensible manner
Capable of presenting a stable and calm demeanor even when there is much to do
Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in a responsive way
Contribute to business development by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work
If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.
About the Recruitment Process
After the application deadline, the clinic manager will make a selection of applicants and invite them to an interview at the clinic. HR will also invite you to a supplementary digital interview. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 39-40.
If you are an applicant with education/degree from another EU/EES country than Sweden and lack references, supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples may be required as part of the recruitment process.
Folktandvården Västra Götalandsregionen conducts checks in suspicion and burden registers before employment.
