About the Program The trainee program is Smile's introduction program for newly graduated dental hygienists. The program combines education with guidance at the clinic from an experienced mentor and gives you a safe and inspiring start to your professional life. As a trainee with us, you get the opportunity to kickstart your career as a dental hygienist, build a valuable network, and take part in a well-thought-out education program with both internal and external courses. The program spans 12 months and includes a comprehensive training plan with courses, mentoring, and observation sessions with our specialists. The trainee year concludes with an examination where you present one or two clinical patient cases you have followed during the program. You will be employed full-time and work with patients from day one. With support from your mentor and the rest of the clinic team, you will have a safe introduction to your new role and good opportunities to develop quickly in your profession. Through the training opportunities within the trainee program, you also get the chance to meet other trainees, exchange experiences, and build contacts within the organization. You also have the opportunity to represent Smile at various events and activities. In short, a year filled with learning, development, and community – where time flies when you're having fun. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career as a dental hygienist who wants to develop with us. Speak and write good Swedish. Employment Form and Start Date We offer a permanent full-time position, 100%. The position begins with a probationary period.
