About the Operation The Public Health Function is an operation within Public Dental Care Dalarna where we work to expand knowledge about oral health and focus on preventive dental care. The operation consists mainly of external activities directed toward people entitled to necessary dental care, child healthcare centers (BVC), and schools. We participate in both national and local projects, and our ambition is to be an innovative and up-to-date operation. Currently, the team consists of 1 operations manager, 1 operations coordinator, 10 dental hygienists, and 8 dental nurses. We are 8 different teams operating from 6 different locations in the region with our main office in Falun. Job Responsibilities Public Dental Care's Public Health Function is now seeking a dental hygienist with a commitment to preventive dental care who wants to be part of the journey to expand knowledge about oral health. Work tasks consist mainly of external activities directed toward people entitled to necessary dental care, BVC, and providing education to healthcare personnel. We offer varied tasks and an interesting and developmental job. The role involves considerable travel by car within your service area. Qualifications We are looking for you who: have a dental hygienist license have a B driving license speak and write Swedish Meritorious: experience with outreach activities experience with T4 Since the role involves considerable contact with people and sometimes individuals in vulnerable situations, we place great importance on your personal qualities.
