Working as a Dental Hygienist at Smile Dental Care Preventive dental care is an integral part of our offering – and as a dental hygienist, you play a key role in this work. You'll work with all standard tasks within the profession and contribute to ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and experience. In this role, you'll initially work extensively with periodontal patients, which requires expertise in periodontal treatment, follow-up, and patient communication. The patient base consists of adult patients as we don't treat pediatric patients at this clinic. With us, you'll have great trust and freedom in your role. You're responsible for your own schedule, which gives you a flexible and well-balanced workday. This in turn creates ideal conditions for high-quality treatments, satisfied patients, and a successful operation. At the clinic, we hold regular clinic and therapy meetings where you'll have the opportunity for joint discussion and reflection. As a dental hygienist, you work independently in your own treatment room, but in close collaboration with other dental hygienists and colleagues. Beyond the above competencies, we see that you: Are a licensed dental hygienist Have good ability to plan and carry out treatments independently and to adapt your communication based on patient needs Speak and write good Swedish It's a merit to have previous experience working as a dental hygienist Employment Form and Start Date We offer a permanent employment on a full-time or part-time basis according to your preferences (75 - 100%). The position begins with a probationary period.
