The role of dental hygienist As a dental hygienist with us, you work with health-promoting, preventive, and treatment measures for both children and adults. You examine, diagnose, and carry out interventions to prevent and treat conditions such as dental caries and periodontitis. In your daily work you meet patients of different ages and with varying needs, which means you get to use all of your professional expertise. Your profile We're looking for you who are a licensed dental hygienist, preferably with a couple of years of experience. You share Folktandvård's values and vision of good and equitable dental care for all residents of the region. You are a self-driven and responsible dental hygienist who structures your work and drives your tasks forward. You adapt easily to changed circumstances and see opportunities in new situations. In interactions with patients and colleagues you are attentive, communicative, and constructive, and you contribute to good collaboration. You are thorough and quality-conscious, with a focus on maintaining high standards in your work and ensuring patients receive safe and professional dental care. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You preferably have a B driver's license as travel during work hours may occur.
