Dental Hygienist at Tandläkare Sköldenklint – Kalmar Would you like to work at a personal and well-established dental clinic where quality, development, and workplace joy are at the center? Tandläkare Sköldenklint is growing and we are now seeking an additional dental hygienist to join our team. We have strong and growing demand from both new and existing patients and therefore want to strengthen our clinics in Kalmar and Mönsterås with engaged dental hygienists who want to develop together with us. A workplace with extensive experience and high ambitions Our clinics are well-established with many years of history behind us. Over the years, we have built up a large and loyal patient base and a practice where high quality, personal care, and long-term patient relationships have always been central. Since 2019, the practice has been run by new ownership and management who have continued to develop the clinics with the goal of combining the long experience and strong patient relationships with new ideas and continuous development. We are in an exciting growth phase and have the ambition to continue growing – both internally by developing our employees, working methods, and treatment offerings, and externally by developing and expanding the practice. Today the clinics are run by dentist Mikael Sköldenklint together with engaged and competent staff. We work primarily with adult dental care and offer the full range of modern dentistry – from preventive basic dental care to advanced surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and aesthetics. Your role with us As a dental hygienist, you will have an important and independent role in our team. Periodontal treatment and preventive dental care are a central part of our practice and an area where we have high demand. You will work with an established patient base and varying patient cases, while having close collaboration with dentists and other colleagues. At our clinics, we work with the patient management system Frenda. If you have previous experience with Frenda, it is a merit, but not a requirement. We also believe that continuing education is a natural part of developing as a dental care team and view relevant courses and further training positively. Who are we looking for? If you have a couple of years of experience as a dental hygienist, it is a merit, but not a requirement. For us, the right person, commitment, and the desire to develop are at least as important.
