Job Description:
In your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have a key role in our continued growth journey. You are responsible for building and developing our team of consultants by ensuring that we attract, engage, and hire the right talent. The role is both operational and strategic, where you contribute to strengthening our competitive position in the market through successful talent sourcing.
You will be part of an engaged and business-driven team with short decision-making processes and significant personal responsibility. Here, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and a proactive approach are valued. Together with our Site Managers, you will drive multiple recruitment processes in parallel and take ownership of the entire recruitment journey, from needs analysis and job specifications to candidate attraction, selection, interviews, and hiring.
Beyond day-to-day recruitment work, you will also have the opportunity to influence and develop our talent acquisition approaches, candidate networks, and employer branding. You will be an important ambassador for the company and work actively to create positive candidate experiences and build long-term relationships with both candidates and our customers.
Examples of your responsibilities:
Own the entire recruitment process - from needs analysis and job specifications to hiring
Drive multiple recruitment processes in parallel in close collaboration with our Site Managers
Identify and attract candidates using search, sourcing, networking, and relevant channels
Build, develop, and maintain candidate pools for future recruitment needs
Work actively to develop and strengthen our employer brand to increase our attractiveness as an employer
Actively participate in ongoing ISO audits to ensure quality and develop the recruitment process
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with education in HR/Personnel Science or equivalent, and experience with direct recruitment, search, and candidate attraction. Experience in recruitment within consulting and the technology sector is a merit.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are self-driven, business-minded, and proactive. You enjoy making new contacts, moving processes forward, and building long-term relationships with both customers and candidates. You have a good understanding of recruitment and are confident in identifying talent, conducting interviews, and matching the right person to the right assignment.
As a person, you are organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by combining people skills with business acumen.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
