Recruitment Close to Operations BAE Systems Bofors is part of the global defense company BAE Systems and develops advanced defense and security solutions with high technical standards. The operation in Karlskoga is growing, and with it comes an extensive need to attract and recruit the right talent. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you work through the entire recruitment process and become a close support to recruiting managers. You immerse yourself in the business's needs, drive processes forward, and ensure that both managers and candidates experience professional and well-functioning recruitment work. The role suits you if you enjoy the craft of recruitment itself. You can switch between multiple ongoing processes, create momentum, and build trust with the managers you work with. At the same time, you have the experience needed to provide advice, ask the right questions, and challenge when necessary. Part of a Growing TA Function You're joining a Talent Acquisition function that continues to develop alongside the business. Your main task is to contribute your recruitment expertise, drive processes, and work together with others in HR and TA to further develop the work. This could involve methods and processes within recruitment, as well as initiatives related to employer branding and how BAE Systems Bofors works to attract the right talent. In other words, there is room here for someone who likes to bring ideas and see improvement opportunities, but who above all wants to recruit and do it really well. Examples of work tasks: Drive recruitment processes from needs analysis to placement. Be a close support and advisory partner to recruiting managers. Handle multiple parallel recruitment processes and ensure progress throughout the entire process. Contribute to developing methods and processes within Talent Acquisition. Participate in initiatives around employer branding and talent supply. Work closely with HR and TA colleagues as well as managers in the business. To capture the business's needs and create well-functioning recruitment processes, you need to be present where the work takes place. The role is therefore based on-site in Karlskoga and involves close collaboration with managers, colleagues, and candidates. Are you the one we're looking for? We're looking for someone with solid recruitment experience who is comfortable independently driving the entire recruitment process. You are used to working closely with recruiting managers and understand the value of immersing yourself in the business behind each recruitment need. We also see that you have: Relevant academic education in HR or equivalent experience that the employer considers equivalent. Experience with qualified recruitment work and independently driving recruitment processes. Experience working closely with managers and supporting the business on recruitment and talent supply matters. Interest in contributing to the development of recruitment methods and employer branding. Very strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are self-driven, engaged, and used to keeping multiple processes together at the same time. You build trust in collaboration with others and have the ability to combine a high pace with quality and structure in recruitment work.
