The position we offer is a fixed-term employment during vacancies and peak work periods.
As a cleaner, you play an important role in passengers' experience of their journey. You must be thorough, flexible, and sometimes solve situations that arise quickly. This could involve changes in schedules or delayed trains, where it's important to be creative and solve the situation in the best possible way. You need to be independent but also have good teamwork skills.
We greatly value good customer service skills in our employees. By this, we mean that in addition to performing your work tasks, you can handle meetings with different people, listen to customers' needs, and offer a smile even when there's a lot to do.
We are looking for someone who enjoys varied and sometimes challenging work. As a train cleaner, you perform cleaning of trains and other train-related activities such as: FEK/Water, refueling. The hours include shift work during night and day as well as weekends, as operations will be conducted Monday through Sunday, around the clock, year-round.
To apply for the position, you must:
Have completed primary and secondary school
Have good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written
Be thorough, punctual, and flexible
Have good physical fitness as the cleaning profession can sometimes be physically demanding
Have a B driver's license
It's an extra plus if you:
Have experience with professional cleaning or other service work
SRY, PRYL, or equivalent training
