About the role
As a TA traffic plan drafting specialist, you're responsible for the entire process surrounding traffic management plans, from design and permit applications to customer dialogue and authority contacts. You play an important role in ensuring that our assignments are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and with the highest possible quality.
Your main responsibilities
Develop and design TA plans with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.
Handle permit applications and communication with relevant authorities.
Ensure that TA plans comply with current laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
Coordinate and distribute TA plan work within the department.
Participate in project meetings and provide support to customers and colleagues on traffic matters.
Work with documentation, follow-up, statistics, and billing information.
Develop routines, processes, and work methods to strengthen operations.
Contribute to additional sales by identifying customers' need for our services.
Contribute to a positive work environment and a strong safety culture.
In this role, you'll have significant responsibility for delivering high quality and professional service while helping our customers implement their projects in a safe and efficient manner.
Who are you?
We're looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and has a strong safety mindset. You're comfortable with many points of contact, work independently, and take responsibility for your tasks while valuing collaboration and teamwork.
We'd like to see that you have:
Experience or good knowledge of traffic management and road work.
Training in Road Work 2.2 or equivalent competence.
Experience creating and managing TA plans.
Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365.
Category B driver's license.
Merits
Experience with Bluebeam, Briljant, Lime, AddMobile, or similar systems.
