Systems Developer .NET/C# with Blazor – Government Agency in Örebro
We are seeking a senior systems developer for an agile development team at a government agency in Örebro.
The team further develops and maintains the agency's IT platform for data collection and large-scale data management. Specifically, this involves components for automated data delivery, API integrations, metadata management, and support for survey collection and web-based collection workflows.
You will join as a full-fledged team member and work on the same terms as the agency's own employees. The focus is on development and maintenance, but the role also includes requirements work, testing, and qualified support in close collaboration with stakeholders, requirements analysts, testers, and IT architects.

Scope: Full-time, 100%
Location: Örebro, hybrid. The Örebro office is the main workplace with at least 3 days per week on-site, more days during the startup period. Other days remote by agreement.
Employment Type: Subcontractor via Lynqa, we handle agreements and invoicing
Assignment Length: 12 months, through September 30, 2027, with option to extend up to 24 months

What You Will Do
Develop and maintain IT components for data collection in .NET and C#
Build web interfaces in Blazor
Build and maintain integrations with external APIs and automated data delivery
Write and optimize advanced SQL, such as stored procedures and longer scripts
Participate in requirements work, testing, and qualified support together with stakeholders and architects
Requirements
At least five years of documented experience in the last seven years with systems development in Microsoft-based development environments with .NET and C#
At least five years of documented experience in the last seven years with web application development
At least two years of documented experience with Blazor framework development
At least three years of documented experience with advanced SQL development, such as stored procedures or longer scripts
Documented experience with version control and collaboration in development teams using tools such as Azure DevOps Server, Git, or equivalent
Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious
At least one year of experience with technical design, solution design, or development of architectural solution proposals
At least one year of experience analyzing, documenting, and breaking down business or system requirements into Product Backlog Items or equivalent work objects
At least one year of experience developing and maintaining message and queue handling solutions such as RabbitMQ with MassTransit
At least one year of experience with Entity Framework development
At least one year of experience developing and maintaining automated unit tests
