Welcome to one of Sweden's largest IT departments. We are three teams within the Development product area that make Försäkringskassan's approximately 100 systems developer teams more productive. They can focus on business logic while adhering to and following requirements. We provide everything from purchased to custom-developed products. What unites us is that we handle development, production, and support for all our products. Product Owner for the Development Product You will transform our development platform from currently providing our Systems Developers with the support they need for their systems development to also providing support and governance for our AI agents. You will enable our transformation in systems development and create conditions for using modern AI tools. We have the ambition that all teams use AI support daily. You will create the foundation for digital transformation and automation of the Social Insurance Code. In this role, you participate in transforming systems development from today's traditional approach to one with AI support from requirements to production. Migration from non-machine-readable texts with semantic and syntactic variations to machine-readable system documentation throughout the development-production-support chain is a key activity. Today, your area of responsibility offers tools and support from planning, design, and development on various platforms to security analysis, building, documentation, collaboration, and source code storage and issue management. You have three teams within your area of responsibility and serve approximately 700 systems developers as customers. You are part of a team of Product Owners developing our DevEx AgentEx platform. Your work will combine your knowledge of systems development with your knowledge of leadership, goal-setting, and customer focus. We work with Windows (client, server), Linux, and OpenShift. You will participate in the initiative to develop Försäkringskassan's target platform where our products accelerate systems developers' work. The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong security awareness. This is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility.
