Every year, Försäkringskassan makes 21 million decisions that impact people's lives and society as a whole. We distribute approximately 260 billion kronor annually. These are taxpayers' funds entrusted to us—a significant responsibility. That's why we think innovatively and use the latest technology to simplify, improve, and deliver IT services for Swedish social insurance. Welcome to one of Sweden's largest IT departments.
The Distribution Unit produces and delivers approximately 32 million physical and digital letters annually on behalf of Försäkringskassan and our affiliated agencies. We develop and produce letters that are subsequently delivered to customer and archive systems. In the unit, we continue to develop systems and operational solutions, and we manage operations and administration of distribution solutions. We maintain and manage the lifecycle of systems, tools, and internal servers.
Programming in Javascript, HTML and CSS
We are now migrating to a new development and operations tool: OL Connect Enterprise. Currently, we have three system developers in the unit, and we are looking for you—someone with a solid foundation as a system developer who can program in Javascript, CSS, and HTML. If you have experience with web development, that's an advantage. With us, you'll be involved in the entire chain: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. We value your interest in learning new tools and techniques, and your comfort working with operational issues since we work DevOps. You are expected to collaborate well with others, prioritize quality, and have a desire to develop together with us.
