As a systems technician at Trafikverket, you will help facilitate daily life for residents and businesses throughout Sweden. If you have worked with IT infrastructure and have knowledge of Citrix, this job is for you! Job Responsibilities In this role, your primary focus will be on operating and maintaining various platforms from Citrix. You will handle incoming tickets in the ticket management system, both independently and together with your colleagues. The tickets can be incident-related but also involve changes or new features, which means you will work seamlessly between incidents, changes, and problem tickets in our ITIL process. Since we work in a team according to the SAFe agile framework, we also use other tools to maintain a developmental environment and workflow. You will participate in development work that adds new features or capabilities for Trafikverket. We are looking for someone who has - Post-secondary education in IT or other education combined with relevant work experience in IT that we consider equivalent - Relevant work experience in IT infrastructure, for example in a data center delivery - Current and relevant work experience with Applications Delivery Controllers (ADC) or Virtual Apps and Desktops - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is a merit if you - Have worked with Citrix products, for example NetScaler or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Other Information Web-based tests will be used as part of the selection process in this recruitment. We plan to hold digital interviews during weeks 40-41. Possible work locations are Borlänge, Gävle, Gothenburg, Linköping, Stockholm, or Sundsvall. Would you like to work partly remotely? In this position, it is possible to work from home up to 40 percent of your working time. The position is classified as a security-classified role.
