We are seeking an engaged and experienced systems specialist who wants to help our business systems develop, be used efficiently, and create value for our operations. Initially, the position is directed toward the municipality's healthcare and care operations. Over time, the assignment may expand to include close collaboration with five additional municipalities within the V6 collaboration framework and its asset management model. About the Role As a systems specialist, you are the person with deep knowledge of business systems and how they are used in operations. You work closely with users, managers, super users, object managers, and IT functions to ensure that systems support operational needs in the best possible way. You will be a central part of the Social Welfare object and work closely with the object manager, who has overall responsibility for planning, coordination, and management of administration work. Together, you will help develop and manage business-critical systems used daily in healthcare and care. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with colleagues, operations, IT support, and vendors and municipality-wide networks. Responsibilities In this role, you will maintain and further develop business systems by: Carrying out activities and development initiatives based on the administration plan's objectives. Configuring and adapting business systems to meet operational needs. Maintaining system functions. Gathering, analyzing, and translating operations' needs and feedback into improvement suggestions. Identifying, specifying, and documenting requirements for further development. Quality assuring and acceptance testing new features and deliveries. Providing system support to users and handling cases with vendors. Administering users and permissions. Creating and maintaining system documentation and procedures. Contributing to training, knowledge sharing, and increased system understanding in operations. Collaborating with IT and other functions to ensure a secure, stable, and efficient system environment. Monitoring developments in the field and contributing to long-term improvement work. We are Looking for You If You: Have a strong combination of operational understanding and systems knowledge. You find it easy to understand complex contexts, see the bigger picture, and handle details simultaneously. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have relevant post-secondary education in areas such as computer science, informatics, social care, operations development, or another field that the employer deems equivalent. Have experience working with business systems, system administration, or operations development. Have good understanding of processes and practices within healthcare and care. Have very strong ability to analyze information and identify connections. Are self-driven, take responsibility, and advance your work in a structured manner. Find it easy to build trusting relationships and collaborate with people. Communicate clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing. Have great interest in the operations area.
