With us, you will be part of an experienced and inclusive team responsible for operating and maintaining our own IT infrastructure. Managing this infrastructure will be part of your daily work, as will identifying new and better opportunities to improve our platforms. You will collaborate with competent colleagues who maintain and further develop IT/OT service delivery, including project implementation and operational management. Your main areas of responsibility: Operational management of server environments, storage, backup, and clients Contribute to daily work maintaining and developing our IT/OT environments Participate in planning and implementing improvement measures Contribute to strengthening and developing our ability to detect and handle security threats Support operations and projects in IT/OT operational matters Act as requirements owner in procurement of IT/OT products and related services Requirements To thrive and succeed in this role, you have good self-management and feel comfortable in a position with responsibility and many collaborative interfaces. You work in a structured manner, have a natural ability to bring order, and are driven by building successful teams through collaboration and joint problem-solving. Since your network in this role is partially international, you need a good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We know you will develop alongside us, but for this role we would like you to already have: Several years of experience working in IT/OT operations and management Experience working with and administering infrastructure components, primarily in the areas of: servers, virtualization, storage, backup, clients, and related support systems Solid experience with the Windows family in high-availability environments and complementary Linux expertise Experience managing and developing operational environments Relevant education in the field, or equivalent professional experience It is advantageous if you also have: Experience providing IT support to the OT area Good knowledge of networking Certification in Microsoft products Additional Information We offer an exciting working day and good work-life balance in an attractive workplace with excellent opportunities for development.
