Would you like to combine finance and systems?
We are seeking a systems specialist who wants to work at the intersection of asset management, treasury, and business development. Here you will have a central role in supporting, developing, and improving mission-critical systems and processes within investments and finance.
This is a consulting assignment starting in November with an expected duration of approximately 12 months. The client has its office in Solna and offers a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work both at the office and remotely.
About the Position
As a Systems Specialist, you are responsible for support, management, and further development of investment and treasury-related systems. You serve as a business-oriented support resource to users in Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Investment Accounting, among others.
The role also includes reporting, data quality, management of complex financial instruments, and development of efficient processes and control functions. You will also participate in various improvement and development projects within Investment Operations.
Responsibilities
- Support and management of investment and treasury systems
- Reporting and analysis in OmniFi
- Management of financial instruments and corporate actions
- Ensure data quality and system configuration
- Develop processes, controls, and working methods
- Participate in business development projects
Desired Background
We are looking for someone who has:
- Academic degree in economics, finance, computer science, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in asset management, treasury, or banking
- Good understanding of bonds, fixed-income instruments, and more complex and irregular loan structures
- Experience with OmniFi
- Strong interest in systems and experience with reporting or BI tools
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English
Valuable experience includes systems such as Wallstreet Suite, SimCorp Dimension, FIS Quantum, or similar.
