This is a position for an NCOS Demand Management Engineer. The main responsibilities involve analyzing, prioritizing, and evaluating incoming requests in the areas of network infrastructure and unified communications (Demand Management & Consulting). You will function as a technical specialist and primary point of contact for business partners from various regions (e.g., manufacturing facilities). The role includes close collaboration with product teams, coordination of assignments, solution design in an agile environment (DevSecOps), and ensuring proper prioritization of projects in alignment with company strategic objectives. Key responsibilities: • Technical assessment of incoming business requests and translating them into technical specifications for implementation teams. • Organization of collaboration between requesters and network product teams for effort estimation and feasibility assessment. • Evaluation of request importance within the overall network portfolio and consultation on funding and resource options. • Design and integration of network infrastructure solutions using both traditional IT approaches and agile methodologies. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical operational support and service delivery for data networks or Unified Communications. • Technical knowledge: Good understanding of data network concepts (Routing & Switching) and collaboration tools (e.g., Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, MS Teams, Zoom). • Projects and processes: Experience with project management of medium to large IT projects, knowledge of agile methodologies and IT governance processes. • Language skills: Excellent English language proficiency (daily communication in an international team).
