Position: Senior Business Analyst Job Responsibilities: o Business/technical analyst for one or more solutions and services within the E2E Service Orchestration Value Team. o Increasing the functionality of these solutions and planning the implementation roadmap in collaboration with relevant business stakeholders. o Ensuring the implementation of solutions with internal team members and external vendors in accordance with the project schedule. o Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues during technical implementation. o Maintaining a detailed overview of activities and tasks in the backlog and creating an efficient strategy for managing change requests in ongoing projects. o Finding appropriate technical solutions that meet business objectives and defining technical alternatives to achieve the most cost-effective solutions. o Supporting problem management by utilizing technical expertise and resolving recurring problem areas in the technical environment and developing solutions that eliminate these issues. Requirements: o English language required, Spanish language a plus. o Previous experience in this industry in an international company (ideally at least 2 years) is a significant advantage. o Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall development methodologies. o Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic, high-volume environment. o Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
