About the Position
As a systems integrator at BMS, you work in the field with installation, commissioning, and service of control and regulation systems in buildings of all types—from municipal buildings to commercial properties that really stand out. You ensure that systems function as they should, on-site and with direct customer contact. Your customers include construction companies, municipal and state property companies, commercial operators, and HVAC and pipe contractors. Assignments are varied and you have great freedom with responsibility—no two days are the same. BMS also works internationally, which means assignments abroad in countries such as Japan.
Typical Work Tasks:
Installation and connection of control units, sensors, actuators, and field bus
Commissioning and functional testing of control and regulation systems
Programming and parameter setting of regulators and control units
Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
Preventive service and balancing of HVAC systems
Documentation of completed work
Your Profile
You are meticulous, technically curious, and comfortable solving problems on-site. You take responsibility for your work and are accustomed to direct contact with customers and other tradespeople at job sites.
We are looking for someone with:
· Upper secondary education in electrical work, plumbing, or building automation, or equivalent experience
· Experience as a control technician or similar role within building automation
· Experience with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and M-bus
· Basic understanding of HVAC—heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing systems
· Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
· Swedish and English proficiency, both spoken and written
· B-class driver's license
