We are seeking a systems engineer for a management function regarding maintenance plans in Teamcenter, with a focus on user support. In this role, you will, among other things, support the production of maintenance plans and operations by training more users in the system, requirements specification, and testing. About the Position As a systems engineer, you will collect and structure the organization's needs within the framework of maintenance plans in Teamcenter. You escalate and follow up on any system errors, develop and manage requirements, user perspectives and operational rules, and participate in planning and prioritizing maintenance work. As a systems engineer, you collaborate with other Teamcenter areas, IT, and other stakeholders. This also includes monitoring new functionality to ensure any impact on existing features. You participate in and support release activities, as well as testing and implementation of changes. You also participate in and conduct maintenance activities (for example, forums, open houses, etc.) and ensure that documentation, training, and communication are correct from an operational perspective. The role is also responsible for monitoring usage, quality and operational benefits and conducting training activities. This also includes executing the Teamcenter operational management plan from an operational perspective and ensuring that its objectives, activities, risks, and monitoring are relevant to the maintenance plans. As a systems engineer, you also monitor objectives and activities related to maintenance plans, identify and report operational-related risks, and initiate measures or escalate when deviations occur. Through your tasks, you ensure, among other things, that function, usage, and development support the organization's objectives, that the organization's needs are identified, analyzed, documented, and prioritized, and that activities in the operational management plan are executed within the maintenance plans. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with experienced colleagues, in a cross-functional environment spanning multiple organizational units and areas of expertise. About You We are seeking someone with a civil or higher engineering degree or other training and competence relevant to the field that is deemed equivalent. You also have extensive experience working where there are requirements for a well-functioning relationship between operational needs and IT technical solutions. Additionally, very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement to perform the work well. We consider it meritorious if you have good experience working with maintenance plans and good experience in developing preventive maintenance programs and conducting maintenance analyses LSA (Logistics Support Analysis) according to standard specifications, for example ASD S3000L, S4000P, or equivalent. Broad practical experience working in IT systems, preferably from Teamcenter, is also an advantage. Other experiences and knowledge we consider meritorious are: good experience as a lecturer/trainer, knowledge of maintenance plan work, and knowledge of FMV's working methods and processes.
