Municipal Properties is responsible for space resource planning and space provision for the municipality's operations and management of the municipality's property holdings. We plan and carry out maintenance, operations, and new construction, renovations, and extensions of properties for the municipality's operations. Municipal Properties is divided into the units Administration, Operations, Lease Administration, and Planning and Analysis. We manage 344,000 m² of own properties and 75,000 m² of leased spaces. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a systems administrator who wants to develop and manage our business systems within property management. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily administration of the business systems and serve as an important link between the business, IT, and system providers. You will ensure that the systems are secure, efficient, and user-friendly, and actively contribute to business development by identifying improvement opportunities and developing new working methods. You will also participate in development projects and, in some cases, have a project management role. As a systems administrator, you will, among other things: • Manage, develop, and provide support for business systems and associated web and mobile applications. • Provide user support, training, and manage access rights. • Participate in and, if needed, lead development projects related to business systems. • Troubleshoot, test, and follow up on system changes in collaboration with IT and system providers. • Create and update documentation, routines, and user instructions. • Contribute to business development by developing system support, processes, and working methods. • We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in systems administration or similar tasks. • Experience with the property management system Faciliate. • Experience with the document management system FM Access/Geminus. • Experience with business systems within property management. • Experience with web and mobile applications connected to business systems. • Experience with access administration, user support, and system documentation. • Valid driver's license category B.
