Your new workplace Service Center is an operation directly under the municipal director and offers services within HR, administration, and finance. In our Payroll and Pension department, we are a total of 25 employees, of which 17 are payroll specialists. We are responsible for salaries, fees, pensions, and insurance for the municipality's employees, municipal companies, and municipal associations. The department is also responsible for operating and managing the HR/payroll system Heroma and other HR systems. Payroll and Pension actively work to simplify and streamline our processes through digital forms, case management systems, e-services, and a digital employee portal. How you contribute in the role as system administrator As a system administrator for Time Care in Sundsvalls kommun, you have an important role in developing, managing, and quality assuring the municipality's planning system. You are a central part of the work to create efficient staffing processes and well-functioning system support that contributes to the operations' goals. You work closely with operational representatives, HR, IT, and the supplier to ensure that Time Care functions optimally and supports the municipality's needs in scheduling, planning, and staffing. Responsibilities: Responsible for operation, development, and management of Time Care (Planning, Pool, Schedule, etc.) Work with user support, troubleshooting, system customizations, and documentation Collaborate with system supplier, IT, and operations during upgrades, changes, and testing Ensure good data quality, rights, and permissions in the system Contribute to the development of processes for staffing, scheduling, and resource planning Educate and support users in various parts of the organization Prepare reports and statistics to support operational follow-up Participate in projects and development initiatives related to digitalization and efficiency improvements Your competence and experience You have an academic degree in systems science, behavioral science, or another relevant field, or several years of documented experience in system administration or system management in the public sector that is deemed equivalent. Further, you have experience and competence as follows: - Experience in system administration, preferably within personnel, staffing, or planning systems - Experience working in a larger organization, preferably within municipal operations - Strong ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish and English - Good digital maturity, comfortable using digital tools and systems in your daily work. Meritorious experience: - Experience with Time Care (Planning, Pool, or Schedule) is strongly meritorious - Experience with integrations between Time Care and other systems (e.g., Personec, WinLas, Heroma, Visma, etc.) - Experience in test management, change management, or development work in digitalization - Knowledge of the municipality's collective agreements and working time regulations You are an initiative-taking and development-oriented person who sees opportunities and willingly turns ideas into action. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward while having the ability to see the big picture and think long-term. Further, you are structured and find it easy to plan, prioritize, and organize your work. You thrive with order and tidiness, but can also be flexible when circumstances change.
