JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a systems administrator for Functional PC, you have a varied role that combines financial administration and IT. You are responsible for the lifecycle management of Region Gävleborg's approximately 10,000 computers and work daily with matters such as supplier contracts, management of internal orders from operations, as well as invoice handling and budget responsibility. The role is characterized by great independence and gives you the opportunity to work broadly and close to operations throughout Region Gävleborg.
As a systems administrator with us, you will work with, among other things
• Computer administration – lifecycle management in the form of major age replacements and changes due to changed needs in connection with, for example, relocation of operations.
• Order management – for example, receiving and administering computer orders from operations
• Financial administration – for example, budget monitoring, invoice handling, and cost allocation
• Warranty and repair management – decisions regarding repair costs in relation to budget and environmental aspects
• Supplier contacts – collaborate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and complaints/deliveries that do not meet the requirements of the agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS
The work requires a good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize work tasks to ensure an efficient and high-quality approach. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently while being responsive and having a natural ability to collaborate and build good relationships with others. You have a good ability to see the whole picture and context, analyze problems, and take different perspectives into account in your decision-making, and contribute to solutions that support operations. Because the work tasks are varied, it is important that you appreciate a dynamic working day.
The role requires good digital competence and confidence in working in different IT systems.
As a systems administrator for Functional PC with us, you should
• Have completed post-secondary education at university level or equivalent education that the employer finds equivalent
• Have work experience in financial administration with budget responsibility and in IT
• Have a category B driver's license.
Knowledge of IT hardware and components is considered a merit for this position.
