About the Job Do you want to help ensure that critical digital systems function today and evolve to meet tomorrow's needs? As a systems administrator, you will have a key role in coordinating management, development, and lifecycle management of business-critical systems. You will be the link between the organization's needs and IT delivery, with the opportunity to influence both solutions and ways of working. You will be responsible for coordinating IT-related management of one or more business-specific systems and digital components. The role essentially corresponds to IT object manager in the management's pm3-inspired management model. The work is conducted in close collaboration with the organization's systems administrators, system owners, IT specialists, information security, suppliers, and other relevant functions. The role serves as a link between the organization's needs and the IT unit's service delivery. The systems administrator also participates in the IT unit's ITSM processes, for example incident, problem, request, and change management. The position is located in the IT and Internal Services unit. Here you will become part of an engaged team consisting of an IT manager, systems administrators, and support technicians, where you work together to develop and ensure a stable and business-aligned IT environment. This also means you may support support technicians and the IT manager during certain periods. The role includes, among other things: coordinate IT-related management and lifecycle management of assigned systems and components, together with the organization's systems administrators plan, prioritize, and monitor management activities, contribute to the development and monitoring of object plans, management plans, and technical development plans, ensure that technical dependencies, integrations, versions, agreements, licenses, and supplier commitments are known and managed, coordinate contacts with internal and external IT suppliers, participate in implementation, change, upgrades, and decommissioning of systems, participate in incident, problem, request, and change management and contribute to handling recurring errors and root causes, monitor systems' availability, performance, security, and technical status, contribute to risk analyses, continuity planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance, capture improvement needs and translate them into planned and prioritized activities, contribute to order, traceability, and current information in relevant registers and management documents. About You We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in, for example, systems science, informatics, IT, or another field that the employer deems equivalent. You may also have acquired equivalent competence through several years of relevant professional experience, preferably complemented with training or certifications in systems administration, IT Service Management (ITSM), or related areas. You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365. To succeed in the role, you have experience in systems administration, object management, IT coordination, or similar tasks. You are experienced in coordinating and creating good collaborations between different parties, such as business representatives, IT specialists, and external suppliers. As a person, you are analytical and structured, with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture. You take responsibility for your tasks, work methodically, and find it easy to prioritize and drive work forward even when multiple issues are ongoing simultaneously. You are collaboration-oriented and enjoy a role with many contact points where dialogue and cooperation are a natural part of daily work. Since the role involves creating understanding between the organization and IT, you are communicative and pedagogical, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and accessible way. You also have a solution- and improvement-oriented approach and see opportunities to develop processes, ways of working, and systems to create the greatest possible value for the organization. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience working in a publicly governed organization and thus understand the requirements and conditions that characterize public operations. If you also have experience working according to pm3 or another established model for systems and management governance, we see that as an advantage. Experience working closely with contact persons in the organization similar to power users/systems administrators is also advantageous, since collaboration with the organization is an important part of the assignment.
