We are looking for a Software Engineer (PLC/HMI) to join our team.
ACS, which is part of the international 2JCP group, is a dynamically developing company operating in the field of engineering and providing technical solutions, particularly for the energy sector and industrial construction. Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany and Poland, we support renowned customers in the field of switchboard manufacturing, installations, commissioning technologies and system maintenance.
What awaits you with us:
• Designing the architecture of control systems and overseeing the quality of delivered solutions
• Participating in programming and configuration of PLC systems
• Overseeing the design and development of HMI/SCADA applications
• Collaboration with project management, electrical designers, manufacturing, sales and customers
• Providing technical support during FAT/SAT tests, equipment commissioning and solving operational issues
• Involvement in commercial-technical meetings and offer preparation
What you cannot do without:
• Secondary or university education in a technical field, ideally automation, electrical engineering, cybernetics, industrial control or similar field
• Proven experience with PLC system design and programming
• Practical experience with HMI or SCADA application development
• Knowledge of Siemens environment, especially SIMATIC S7-1200 / S7-1500, TIA Portal and ideally PCS 7

• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems, ideally AVEVA System Platform / InTouch, Reliance SCADA or WinCC
• Orientation in industrial communication protocols, for example Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/RTU or OPC UA
• Ability to read electrical and project documentation
• English at a level that allows you to communicate across ACS branches and with customers
Advantages include:
• Experience with MES systems and manufacturing data integration
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server databases
• Experience with virtualization and industrial networks
• Siemens, AVEVA or similar professional certification
• Experience with international projects
• Extension into manufacturing digitalization, data collection or connecting control systems to higher enterprise systems
